You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

1) on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together.

2) on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately.

Although not mandatory, you may utilise the enclosed sample withdrawal form. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is adequate to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

In the event of contract revocation, we will promptly reimburse you for all payments received, including delivery costs, within 14 days from the receipt of your withdrawal notice, except for additional expenses arising from a delivery method other than our least costly standard option. The refund will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed, with no fees incurred by you. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods are returned or evidence of their return is provided, whichever occurs first. You are required to return or hand over the goods to us without delay, no later than 14 days from notifying us of the contract withdrawal, exclusively to Diamazin GmbH, Ludwigsburger Str. 10, 71254 Ditzingen. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day period expires. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. If the goods are sent to an address other than the specified one (e.g., to the fulfillment provider's address), a service fee of €20.00 will be deducted from the refund amount. You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

1) for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

2) for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.

3) for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no control;

4) for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

5) for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene if their sealing has been removed after delivery.

6) for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature; for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
