Is the Equine Pro massager safe to use for my horse?
All our products are safe and free from harmful substances. The Equine Pro massaging device has been developed and tested according to EU directives 2011/65/EU (RoHS), 2014/35/EU (LVD) and 2014/30/EU (EMCD). Testing has been conducted according to EN 60335-1, EN 62233:2008, EN 55014-1/-2, EN61000-3-2/-3, EN 50581:2012, and EN IEC 63000:2018 standards. All products have been tested according to the current REACH guidelines and are free from harmful substances.
How long can the device be used for?
The massage device can be used for up to 250 minutes on a full charge. The auto-shutdown feature will turn off the device after 10 minutes to give the horse a break. However, it can be turned back on immediately to continue with the massage.
Will the device frighten my horse?
No, it won't. You can trust that our products are safe for use on your horse. Although your horse may need some time to adjust to it, it will not be scared by the sound.
Is it possible to clean the device?
The massaging head can easily be unscrewed to wash and clean the mesh net.
What is the duration required for recharge?
It requires 120 minutes to recharge the battery from a fully depleted state to reach 80% charge.

How much is the shipping cost?

When will I receive my item?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (GMT) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 3-5 working days, however may take longer for certain countries.
Can I change or return my item?
If you are unhappy with our product, please contact us immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used and is returned in the original condition and packing.
